1. Service Provider

These terms govern the use of transportation services provided by Taxi Zadar (nenotaxizadar.hr), a taxi and transfer service operating in Zadar, Croatia. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Taxi Zadar provides taxi rides, airport transfers, intercity transfers, and excursion transportation services in and around Zadar, Croatia. Services are available 24/7 and can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or Viber.

3. Booking & Cancellation

  • Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or Viber and are confirmed upon our acknowledgment.
  • Please cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, road closures, etc.).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Transfer prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. The agreed price at the time of booking is final.
  • Taxi rides are charged according to the taximeter.
  • Payment is accepted in cash (EUR) and by card upon prior arrangement.
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive waiting time, extra luggage, or detours requested by the passenger.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be present at the agreed pickup location and time.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the ride.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times as required by Croatian law.

6. Liability

  • Taxi Zadar carries liability insurance as required by Croatian law.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, although we will make reasonable efforts to return them.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Zadar, Croatia.
